Keystone Rolls, Inc. utilizes state-of-the-art quality assurance tools including electronically controlled roll caliper surface guages, T.I.R. measuring instruments, perthometer surface smoothness readouts and various surface hardness and thickness guages. Constant electronic monitoring of plating bath chemistry, environmental control devices and computer controlled temperature systems on our plating baths assures our quality programs are actions….not just words.Our CAD equipped engineers, surface measurement instruments and commitment to Total Quality Management, assures our clients of a quality on time product.
